Nice image, and in 3 hours is impressive.
You said the image is not finished, if it were me i would add a little more detail to the square building in the middle, perhaps overlay a texture on that end, blank facade and the other blank areas.
Otherwise it looks awesome, the foreground is really atmospheric.
